Return & Refund Policy

 

At HoliCure®, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products and their intended use in wellness protocols, we ask that you please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The 12-bottle box must be sealed, with all bottles intact and in their original packaging

  • Products must be free of damage, tampering, or signs of use

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used bottles

  • Any product returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Gift cards or promotional items

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged goods

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@holicure.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo of the sealed product (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
